XHub Services - Windows TN3270 - zScope Express
These instructions will help you to install and setup the zScope Express 3270 terminal emulation software on your Windows-based system.

- Download the zScope Express 3270 software.

After installation you should see this window:
Click on "here" to start the new connection setup wizard. -
Beginning on the New Connection Wizard
Click "Next" to continue the new connection setup wizard. -
Select the Screen Type. Choose Mod 2 - 24x80.
Click "Next" to continue the new connection setup wizard. -
Enter in host address: hpedc.xhub.ahds.com
Deselect "Default Port" and enter 23045 into the Port field.
Click "Next" to continue the new connection setup wizard. -
Enter in a descriptive name for this connection or leave the default.
Deselect the "Connect to Host" checkbox as the connection is not quite ready.
Click "Finish" to continue the new connection setup wizard. -
The new connection has been added, and you should be back to the original window. However, before connecting, we need to make a few tweaks.
Click the Connection Settings icon on the right. (The circled item) -
Click on the "Host" tab. On this screen select two checkboxes:
Has Backup and SSL
Ensure that the Port field is set to 23045 before moving on as the application may try to change it to 992 when clicking the SSL checkbox.
Click the "Apply" button. -
Click on the "Backup" tab.
Enter cdsedc.xhub.ahds.com into the Address field and 23045 into the Port field, then click "Add".
Click the "Apply" button. -
Click on the "SSL" tab.
Select TLS 1.0 under SSL Method.
No other changes are necessary on this screen.
Click the "Finish" button. -
Back on the Main window, click on hpedc.xhub.ahds.com which will initiate a connection.
If the connection is successful, you should see this screen;
Proceed into your application(s) by selecting which datacenter from the list at the bottom.
You should already have a username/password to allow you access into the application(s) you are authorized for.
