DDE - Terminal Emulation

Accessing applications on the Medicare mainframe systems for Direct Data Entry (DDE) requires a TN3270 ("green-screen") terminal emulation connection.
The AHDS XHub system provides access to these resources.

Basic Connection Parameters:

Host Names (use either one):
  hpedc.xhub.ahds.com
  cdsedc.xhub.ahds.com

TLS must be enabled in your software

Connection Port: 23045

We recommend and sell zScope Express 3270 from Cybele Software.

Macintosh

We recommend the TN3270 from Brown University for Mac users.
